Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The period for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal declaration.

We will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place the order and you will not have to pay any costs for this refund.

Return conditions:

For the merchandise to be eligible for return, make sure that:

  • The merchandise was purchased within the last 30 days

  • The merchandise is in its original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example, they deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date.

  • Goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and which have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. You must send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address to deliver to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
